Tom Diede serves as an Instant Support Technician at LinkTech, where he combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people. With a Bachelor of Arts in History and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science, Tom brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer-focused service to every interaction. He enjoys working collaboratively with clients and teammates to find practical technology solutions that make life and work a little easier.
Outside the office, Tom’s interests are as diverse as his background. Whether he’s playing or listening to music, exploring new destinations, attending concerts, diving into video games, or cheering on the Denver Broncos, he is always pursuing his next adventure. A lifelong enthusiast of history, trains, bison, dinosaurs (especially Triceratops), and professional wrestling, Tom is never short on conversation topics.
Tom is also proud to serve as a Soldier in the United States Army Reserve, a commitment he has maintained since 2012. Deeply connected to his South Dakota roots, he values hard work, community, and the rural upbringing that helped shape who he is today.
