 Kyle is a driven problem solver with a propensity for untangling complex technical challenges and finding practical solutions. As our Service Team Manager, he brings a relentless curiosity and a hands-on approach to streamlining IT workflows, troubleshooting tough issues, and keeping the service team operating at peak efficiency.

When he steps away from the screen, Kyle shifts that same mechanical mindset to running his own powersports repair business, turning wrenches on everything from high-performance motorcycles to ATVs. For him, understanding how things are built and how they operate is a lifelong pursuit that extends far beyond technology.

An avid outdoorsman, Kyle spends much of his free time exploring the Black Hills. Whether he's on a bike, fishing, hunting, prospecting, or rock hunting for fossils and local minerals, he's always driven to discover what lies beneath the surface. That same sense of exploration fuels his fascination with local geology, history, as well as his love for science fiction—especially stories that stretch the imagination centuries into the future.

Kyle also enjoys the patience required to cultivate superhot peppers and dive into whatever complex subject captures his curiosity next. For Kyle, every challenge is a puzzle worth solving and every new interest is an opportunity to learn something unexpected.
